Independent Child Migration: Introducing Children's Perspectives

The study of the research centre demonstrates the important work having been done since 2003, by the centres for child migration in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Bangladesh and India. During the research the centre encounters a great gap between the experience of children and the representation thereof. In order to counteract this gap they have highlighted children’s perspectives in their work, as well as a better understanding of their difficulties concerning their status as migrants.
