The 16th European Network of Ombudspersons for Children Annual Conference will take place on 10-12 October, 2012 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Conference will be hosted by the Commissioner for Children's Rights of Cyprus, Ms. Leda Koursoumba who will also take up the chairmanship of ENOC for a one year term at the beginning of the Conference. The Conference will be dedicated to the subject of juvenile delinquency (prevention & rehabilitation).
