The First Adoption Conference in East Africa

The Child Adoption Network – East Africa is pleased to announce the First Child Adoption Conference in East Africa that will bring together scholars, Government ministries, policy makers, childcare and child protection personnel, the legal fraternity, adoption service personnel, parents, adoptees and other adoption stakeholders. The theme of the conference will be “East African families for East Africa’s children.”

The goal of the conference is to promote domestic adoption as a first alternative for children in need of families especially in East Africa.

Well researched contributions or practical experience abstracts written in English should be submitted with a limit of 350 words in 1.5 fonts, Times New Roman, double line spacing. The cover page should show the author’s name, titles and positions they hold, contacts and the sub theme of interest.
