The current Childwatch International Board has served for a period of four years. The elections were postponed for one year because of the organizing of the Children's Rights at a Cross-Roads conference later this year.
A new 10 member Board will be elected at the coming Key Institutions Assembly, which takes place in Addis Ababa, in conjunction with the global child rights and research conference. All Key Institutions are invited to participate in the Assembly, 3 - 4 December of this year. A Call for Nominations has been sent out to all Key Institutions of the network, who are encouraged to submit their nominations by the deadline.
Each Key Institutions represented at the Key Institutions Assembly has one vote. Five of the members of the present Board are elegible for re-nomination and are willing to serve for another term.
