Experts Confirm Participation in Child Rights Conference

Marta Santos Pais, Stephen Lewis, Yanghee Lee and Jaap Doek will all be addressing the Children's Rights at a Cross-Roads Conference with their reflections on the role of research in the implementation of children's rights. The global conference on child rights and research will take place in Addis Ababa, 30 November - 2 December of this year.

International experts on child rights will be addressing the conference in plenary sessions. Children's Rights at a Cross-Roads is a working conference aimed at developing clear recommendations to the sectors responsible for securing child rights. In addition to plenary Key Notes and panels with major international stake holders, the conference will be organized in thematic roundtables, chaired by respected academics and child rights authorities.

Details about registration and practicalities will be available on this web site very soon.

The conference is organized by Childwatch International, the UNICEF Innocenti Research Centre and the African Child Policy Forum.
