ECPAT International www.ecpat.net is seeking an experienced leader to assume the role of Executive Director.

ECPAT International www.ecpat.net is a leading global network of 82 organisations in 75 countries working together for the elimination of child prostitution, child pornography and the trafficking of children for sexual purposes. The organization is seeking an experienced leader with extraordinary qualities to assume the role ofExecutive Director.

Based in its International Secretariat in Bangkok, Thailand and reporting directly to the ECPAT International Board, the Executive Director will manage the Secretariat team, lead the ECPAT global programme and support the ECPAT network in order to carry out the organization's mission. The Executive Director will represent ECPAT on the global stage working with international non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations, United Nations agencies, donors, partners and the private sector.

As the Executive Director you must have a genuine commitment to the mission and will have demonstrated superb leadership guided by vision and values with 5-10 years executive management experience, working in an international non-governmental organization and/or similar movement-style organization. You will have experience in civil society change movements where activism involves many different players and levels of engagement and/or influence and a well-developed business acumen and strategic insight. We are looking for a person who is passionate with a high level of energy with motivation and desire to achieve.
