Excellent and extensive website with many resources, latest news releases, reports on all of their projects and programmes. Includes links to legal documents and other recommended organisation including the Innocenti Research Centre in Florence, Unicef's main research arm. It maintains and updates global databases and promotes dissemination of evidence-based data for planning and advocacy. It also includes resources for teachers/students and for developing professionals. UNICEF is the lead United Nations (UN) agency responsible for the global monitoring of the child-related Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
